These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inovit, a software-as-a-service platform for digital marketing agencies, operated by Inovriksha Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), LIG-891, K-4, Kalinga Nagar Lane 4, Near Shiv Temple, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha – 751019, India (GSTIN: 21AAJCI0013P1ZT). By creating an account or using Inovit, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Inovit provides agencies with a hosted workspace for content management and client approvals, CRM, GST-compliant Indian accounting, HRMS and payroll, task management, analytics, a credential vault, and billing integrations. We may add, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Core accounting and data-export features will not be removed from a paid plan without 30 days' notice.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the agency you register.
- One workspace is provisioned per agency on its own subdomain (e.g. youragency.inovit.inovrikshatech.com). Subdomains are granted on a first-come basis.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, spam, or unlawful activity.
3. Free trial
- Every new agency gets a 30-day free trial with full access to its chosen plan's features.
- No payment details are required to start a trial.
- If you do not choose a paid plan before the trial ends, we may restrict or suspend workspace access until payment is made. Your data is never deleted at trial end — see section 9.
4. Plans & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹), exclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
- Current plans: Starter ₹1,499 (up to 10 clients), Growth ₹2,499 (up to 20 clients), Pro ₹3,499 (up to 30 clients), Scale ₹4,999 (up to 50 clients) per month. Enterprise (50+ clients) is quoted separately.
- Plan limits (client count, team seats, storage quota) are enforced in the product. Exceeding a limit prompts an upgrade; we will not silently charge overages.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid billing period.
5. Cancellations & refunds
- You may cancel anytime from your workspace. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If we discontinue the service, unused prepaid amounts are refunded pro-rata.
6. Your data — you own it
- All content, client records, invoices, employee data and credentials you put into your workspace belong to you, not to us.
- You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, back up and display your data to you and your authorised users.
- Social-media and third-party credentials stored in the Credential Vault are encrypted and are never used except to perform actions you explicitly trigger (e.g. publishing a post you approved).
- You can export your data at any time. There is no lock-in: on cancellation we provide a full data export on request.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use Inovit for anything unlawful; (b) upload malware or attempt to breach the platform's security; (c) resell or white-label access without our written agreement; (d) scrape or copy the platform's software. We may suspend workspaces that violate this section.
8. Our responsibilities
- We host Inovit on professionally managed infrastructure with regular backups, and we apply security updates promptly.
- Platform support staff can access a workspace only through a time-limited, grant-based mechanism that you can revoke at any time; every such access is audit-logged and visible to you.
- We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Data retention after cancellation
If your subscription ends, your workspace data is retained for at least 90 days, during which you may export it or reactivate by paying. After that we may delete it. Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to a further 90 days.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Inovit is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. lost profits or client relationships).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law & contact
